We founded Praceta because we have a deep love for real food, for fresh, healthy and authentic food. We only use real ingredients here at Praceta.  We are committed to making each dish a healthy expression of our love for food and life. Praceta was born in 2009 as a small restaurante at citycenter. Over the past decade, our small restaurant has become a thriving restaurant, with indoor and outdoor units, space for families, parties and even crowds. (Yes, we offer catering ... just ask!)

We stock the kitchen in our restaurant in the same way that we stock our kitchen at home, with daily deliveries of fresh ingredients that we select ourselves in the market in the morning. In addition to the items on our menu, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather and how we are feeling. We are always looking for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel the world - and we do it often - we bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries.
